Mark’s journey as an HR professional spans over three decades, commencing in the early 90s with a focus on Equal Employment Opportunity. Since then, his expertise has evolved across diverse sectors including private industry, state and local government, higher education, and workforce development. Holding various leadership roles throughout his career, Mark has honed his skills in leadership development, conflict resolution, coaching, consultation, culture building, and complaint investigation.
His dedication to fostering inclusive and compliant workplaces is evident through his extensive involvement in workshops covering crucial topics such as Sexual Harassment, EEO/AA, ADA, and diversity training. Mark’s unwavering commitment makes him an indispensable resource in navigating the complexities of HR, ER, and DEI challenges.
Holly is an esteemed business leader whose specialty is Human Resources. With over 25 years of experience, she is deeply committed to fostering a people-centric culture within global business environments. Renowned for her strategic prowess, she positions HR as a pivotal partner in driving tangible outcomes. Her passion lies in harmonizing business objectives through strategic collaboration, empowering teams, and adeptly navigating change management landscapes.
With a track record of success, she has orchestrated the design and implementation of service-oriented HR business partner (HRBP) and employee relations functions, supporting diverse teams comprising over 6500 associates and 250 leaders. Her initiatives have yielded substantial savings in employment and legal costs while revolutionizing HR processes through a metrics-driven approach, illuminating critical insights in turnover, engagement, performance, and corrective action dynamics.
Holly has catalyzed a remarkable 75% surge in leadership development activities with an investment efficiency of less than 25% year-over-year, thereby significantly augmenting organizational capacity through alignment, coaching, performance management, and constructive feedback mechanisms. Furthermore, her astute leadership has spearheaded workforce planning initiatives, ushering in a new era of transparent visibility into headcount costs, ensuring strategic resource allocation and optimal organizational efficiency. Holly holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Indianapolis.

With a track record spanning Healthcare, Higher Education, SaaS, Pharma, Fortune 500, medium-sized, and start-up companies, Angela has proven her prowess in sourcing top talent and implementing HR initiatives to optimize workforce efficiencies and foster positive work environments. Her ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings while nurturing strong employee/client relationships further enhances the firm’s capacity to deliver exceptional results.
Kim Williams has had a long career with roots deep into banking, payroll processing, compensation, and benefits. For the past 13 years, she has been fully immersed in HR. Kim has a multitude of experience in compliance, benefits administration, open enrollment, retirement plans, workers compensation, system implementation, and process improvement. Kim especially enjoys working with numbers and compliance: “numbers tell a story.” Kim has been able to help create policies and procedures in her various roles by building an action plan to best serve the organization and the people with the data in mind.
Kim studied Accounting and Payroll at Indiana Wesleyan University and obtained her Certificate in Human Resource Management from Indiana Tech. In her spare time, Kim enjoys hiking with her dog, spending time with her children, and gardening.
